    Cut right through

    These knives work just like I hoped. They cut right through; there is no sawing or tearing. Love that they are one solid piece and I don't have to worry about one breaking off at the handle. The only thing I wish was smoother is the wooden handles, like others have stated, because they do feel rough and gritty as if not sanded properly. I'm hoping with wear they become softer

    Nice knives, but the wooden handles roughen if wet

    These are really nice knives. They have good look and feel very well-balanced in the hand. The main issue I have with them are the wooden handles. When I first opened them, I found the handles to be amazingly smooth, but once they got wet, from hand washing only, the handles are now very rough to the touch. I am not sure how to remedy that.

    Sharp!

    The knives are sharp and cut very well. They have a good weight to them. I found that the handles are a teensy bit rough to the touch when I first opened them. I was scared to sand them, so I applied some wood conditioner (same as the ones I use for my wood cutting boards), and they were fine afterwards.
